The Gospel

God loves us. When sin entered the world, this separated us from Him. God then sent His son, Jesus, who lived a perfect life to bear our sins and die on the cross. Three days later, He rose from the grave so that anyone who believes in Him can be forgiven, made new, and have eternal life with God.

  • Sin

    Romans 3:23

For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

We have all fallen short or "missed the mark."

  • Death

    Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We deserve death and separation from God because of our sins. But God gives us the gift of eternal life with Him through the death of His son. His death paid the wages we deserved, and His resurrection makes new life possible.

  • Love

    Romans 5:8

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Even when we were broken, rebellious, and undeserving, Christ died in our place. God doesn't just say He loves us - He shows it. His love is active, sacrificial, and intentional.

  • Faith

    Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.

Good works do not save us, and salvation does not come from effort. God shows us undeserved kindness and favor by making us sons and daughters simply because we believe Jesus is who He says He is. Through death and resurrection, Jesus invites us to relationship with Father God.

  • Life

    Romans 10:9-10

If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

The door is open - when you choose to confess Jesus as Lord of your life, a commitment is made. Jesus already committed His life to you, and invites you to surrender yours.

See your sin. Give it to Him. Declare Him your King. He will make you new. Your belief will grow into new life through Jesus.
